Public documentation is available according to its published access level. Standard and priority support require an active, account-bound entitlement and are non-transferable commercial services.
Scope
Support may cover installation, documented configuration, reproducible defects and compatibility questions for supported product versions. Custom development, third-party conflicts and unsupported environments may require a separate engagement.
Expiration
Support access ends when its entitlement expires. This never disables locally installed GPL software.
